I’m Eliza — a multi-disciplinary Content Creator, Digital Editor, Graphic Designer, Cook and Pilates instructor.
I love collaborating with like-minded people, companies, and conscious brands to exchange ideas, blend creativity, and bring meaningful projects to life. With over 8 years of experience in content creation, videography, photography, editing, and graphic design, I have worked with creative and marketing agencies, private companies, start-ups, event businesses, and more.
My passion for health and well-being has also led me to become a Pilates teacher, where I guide people through mindful movement. I’m also deeply inspired by nutrition, conscious living, and the connection between creativity, movement, and lifestyle.
