I'm Certified Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor
Certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor with experience teaching both group and 1:1 sessions in New Zealand and Australia.
Coming from a background in weightlifting and gym training, and later incorporating yoga, meditation, and Pilates into my fitness routine, I found the perfect balance of strength, control, mobility, and mindfulness — bringing all these elements together. That’s what I want to share and teach you too.
In my classes:
- I combine classical methods of Pilates with contemporary elements of weight training, blending strength with mobility, flexibility and coordination.
- By focusing on mindful movement, precision, and breath, I help my clients improve their overall health and reach their fitness goals.
- “If it doesn’t challange you, it doesn’t change you”— I challenge clients to feel more connected to their minds and bodies in every aspect of their lives.
